Who we are
Hercules Stays is a brand of Hercules Group MA, based in Tangier, Morocco. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: the e-mail address in the footer.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message: your name, e-mail, phone number, the dates and number of guests, and what you write. When you create a guest account: your name and e-mail. When you stay with us, the identity details the law requires for guest registration, collected at check-in.
Why
To answer your request and manage your booking (contract), to register guests with the authorities (legal obligation), and to keep the site safe from abuse (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.
How long
Booking requests that do not lead to a stay are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as accounting and registration law requires.
Who sees it
Our team, and the providers that run the site and our e-mail on our behalf (hosting, database, e-mail). They act on our instructions.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, under Moroccan law 09-08 and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR. Write to us; you may also complain to the CNDP in Morocco or your own data protection authority.
