Questions
Is it really my brand?
Your name already appears on invoices, on guest replies, and on the owner portal text and statement footers. Some surfaces, such as the guest app header and the login page, still show ours. The table above says which, and we finish them with the founding partners.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your organisation is separate from every other, your admin can export it, and we do not sell it.
Hercules Group also manages apartments: do you compete with me?
No. Every organisation is isolated by row-level security, and our own portfolio runs as a separate tenant. Our team opens your organisation only if you allow support access, for a limited time, with a reason written to your audit log. We operate in Morocco, in Tangier, Tetouan, Rabat, Casablanca and Marrakech, so operators elsewhere know where we are.
Which channels does it connect to?
Airbnb and Booking.com through Channex, plus direct bookings. Other channels are set up together with you.
Which languages does it speak?
The console and documents work in English, French and Dutch. The owner portal also speaks Arabic.
How does pricing work?
Per apartment per month. Founding partners get founder pricing, and we share it in the demo.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Your admin can export your data as files, table by table. Credentials and guests' identity documents are not part of the export.
